About Us

Our Mission: With all the challenges and influences students will encounter at college, SendThemLove.com is here to help parents, grandparents, and other loved ones to easily send them reminders of their love and God’s love! Through our carefully curated care packages, we aim to provide comfort, encouragement, and a tangible connection to their faith. With each package, we want students to know that they are not alone, and they can rely on God’s love through all of life’s challenges.

College, especially the freshman year, can be one of the most challenging for a young person as they are away from home for the first time facing great changes and challenges and can be a very lonely time and a time of great mental health vulnerability. We want to do our part to help bring support and inspiration to these young people directly through our care packages and through donations we will be making out of our profits to support Catholic not-for-profits that offer support for college students. 

The statistics are scary! In a 2023 report by The Healthy Minds Network:

•             36% of college students met the criteria for major depression

•             31% reported an anxiety disorder diagnosis

•             Over 14% seriously considered suicide in the past year

Help us to help them—one student at a time. Every student needs love and support from family and friends. They also need a strong faith to guide them and help them through all of the challenges that will come their way. Let’s help them to remember and stay grounded in your love and in their faith while they are away from you at college.

Who We Are: We started SendThemLove.com under our family's small business, Magna Inventa LLC here in the USA. We are family-owned and operated. We have two teenage children who are starting to think about colleges and universities. As we think about them leaving us to go off to college, we are excited for them, but also worried and sad. We will miss them! And we will worry about them with all of the challenges and influences that they will face on their own. We have tried our best to give them a strong foundation through our love and support and by sharing our Catholic faith with them. We want them to remain steadfast in their faith and to always know that they are loved—by us and by God.

That’s how we came up with this idea of helping parents, grandparents, and other loved ones who are similar to us and need easy ways to support their children while they are at college.
